An understanding of the different grammar tenses as well as appropriate usage
Vocabulary:
New vocabulary words will be taught and used throughout the course.
Literature:
An understanding of the basic elements of some well-known and some lesser-known literary pieces. Literary terms will be reviewed and discussed
